- Thaw & peel prawn
- Heat a George Foreman grill to medium
- Butter bottom half of grill
- Place loose or skewered prawn on grill
- Season to taste with garlic salt w/parsley
- Butter top of grill and close
- Grill for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK
- Serve hot. Prawns are translucent fresh and white when cooked.
Ginger’s side note: a dash of hot sauce is delicious also!
